The Xbox One update is finally here and whether you don’t like the update process this one is worth it and since X-box One has improved its update procedure to be a little bit more rapid, its at no surprise gamers are excited about this release. First update is the ability to use Netflix and Hulu (ect) without a gold membership (FINALLY), Also Old school automatic logins are once again an option, so even if your Kinect is unplugged (or nonexistence) all saves and settings will be available right away without any extra clicks. Xbox One will also now let you reveal your real name to friends, just in case your Sufjan Stevens tribute screenname is no longer memorable.
The “really, really big” update extends outside of the console itself, bringing tweaks to the SmartGlass Xbox companion app. You can now use your SmartGlass-enabled device to re-order your Xbox One dashboard’s pins, watch Twitch game livestreams on your tablet, and control your TV with your device acting as a universal remote.
