At a fan fest near the Rose Bowl, a freak dust storm kicked up in a circular motion, floating various tents and stands in a tornado-like episode. But it wasn’t a tornado. According to the weather service, it’s a “cold dust devil.” Four people were treated by the Pasadena Fire Department, but no major injuries were reported.

The scene was caught on camera by a producer running Youtube channel, Adsport. Scary for any outside event especially when you got brand new cars lined up for this little guy to scratch over, insurance anyone? that cow wasn’t going to take any changes either.
