Today I saw that Google had a buzz out on the web and on twitter about doing a barrel roll and was wondering “wtf is that about” the first thing on my mind was the famous Nintendo 64 Star Fox and I was right. When you go to Google.com home page and type in “Do a barell roll” the screen actually does it and also searching the Z or R twice will make it happen too.

It was so cool to watch I had to try it about 3 times before I ran tried showed my friends. Peppy, the game’s veteran space pilot rabbit, tells hero Fox McCloud to “do a barrel roll” (a feat accomplished by pressing “Z” or “R” twice) multiple times throughout the game.
