Step 1: Give us a call at 574-387-6229 to schedule the remote request.
Step 2:Download the appropriate version of our remote software:

Step 3:
Once downloaded, run the program and click on Share (Orange button)
Step 4:
Provide the nine-digit session number given at the top of the screen. Ex. 932-363-231 (you can call us, email it, message it in any chat box below)
Step 5: Just relax and see how we fix your computer.
NOTE: YOU CAN ALWAYS CANCEL THE REMOTE ACCESS!! SIMPLY HIT THE “X” IN THE CORNER OF JOIN.ME PROGRAM AND THE AGENT LOSES CONNECTION.
