How to Mail In Your Device:
- Submit a Service Request: Complete our online service ticket request form.
- Select Mail-In Service: Choose the “Mail-In Computer Repair Service" option on the form.
- Provide Contact Information: Include your email and phone number for communication.
- Prepare Your Device: Print the service request form and place it in the box with your device. We provided a video on how to prepare your device to ship.
- Ship Your Device: Take the packaged device to FedEx using the prepaid label provided.
