I found this really cool website were I can just choose,pick,print out any document form that I need in order to run my own business. Some are not for us to pick because im not a nurse, but its alright to save it and do my own EDITED version to give it a little taste or graphic art.

In other news, today I will be taking my STATE EXAM if you didn’t know (my calendar is up for u to see) and I will be failing it due to a lack of skill and knowledge on mathematical problem solving…or in other words “I SUCK”. But this is a great opportunity for me to see what type of questions will come up in the test and what I need to know for the next upcoming exam which will be on AGUST.
