Absolutely, we can do a full upgrade to whatever version you want. Additional charges will apply depending on the version you want. You can purchase bundles and packages to save money and get more for your buck.

Q. Does my Apple warranty cover any software problems?
We offer a 30-day warranty on our services but when it comes to unrelated issues with your apple device, you can call us so we can do a diagnostic and see if it’s related to the fix we performed.

Q. How long will my repair take?
Generally diagnostics are done within 1 day and most repairs are completed within 3 days. Some repairs can be done sooner depending on parts availability.

Q. I have sourced my own part and would like to have you fit it, is this possible?
We can install the part you bought on your own but if we encounter issues with the part, we cannot be responsible for adding it. Cheap parts could damage your internal components and since we didn’t get the part for you using our certified vendors, you could be out of luck. Our warranty doesn’t cover your parts, only ours.

Q. How does your warranty plan work?
We offer a 30 day warranty for all Apple products, and a 30 day warranty for Samsung phones. Our warranty covers our parts and workmanship. If the repaired or replaced parts stop working properly, bring it back and we will redo the repair at no cost to you. If the part is unrelated to the original repair, it cannot be warrantied.

Q. How quickly will you have a technician physically dispatched to my location?
We can usually have a tech out to you the same or next day. Scheduling is required since we are fixing computers during business hours. We don’t charge for any location near our store so take advantage of this. If you live further away, we will apply a pickup charge.
