So today I headed off to work and I knowdest that we are very low on are PRS which is my fault for not working on my sales and trying to let the customer control the sales station. I got the feeling that I’ve been progressing on the SAS more than the sales but I have to make sure that I get BETTER ON BOTH,BUT I can’t get better if I don’t practice enough with the customers. Pier Moran Mall doesn’t have a lot of customers like other STORES so half the time im spending it making phone calls, doing e-learning or just organizing paperwork around the area.

So due to a lack of confidence and a lack of sales I’ve been (for the first time) released early for an opportunity to practice and to think about how im going to get that PRS UP which is totally understandable and I think its just my lack of confidence. I really don’t know how to practice without a customer so im going to see what I can do and pick on my little brother.

ABOVE IT ALL, I finally got my INK cartridges from CONCORD SUPPLIES and I got my printer ready to print out reseats for my own customers. Im also excited to say that I will be adding a section on this website were my own customers will be able to see the BEFORE AND AFTER pics and the process I’ve been threw, what repairs I made and what was there price.
I think it’s going to be a new fun feature ,hopefully it works.
