3. Quotation
Once we diagnose the issue, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote covering the cost of parts and labor. Diagnostics are always free, and you are under no obligation to proceed with the repair.
4. Service Ticket
If you approve the quote, we’ll create a service ticket and begin repairs. If parts need to be ordered, we’ll provide an estimated timeframe and tracking details.
5. Completion & Pickup
Once repairs are complete, we’ll notify you right away so you can pick up your fully repaired device.
Multi-Device Discount
We offer an exclusive discount for anyone who brings in three or more devices for repair. This includes computers, tablets, smartphones, gaming consoles, and other electronic devices.
