  1. Submit a Service Request: Complete our online service ticket request form.​
  2. Select Mail-In Service: Choose the “Mail-In Computer Repair Service" option on the form.​
  3. Provide Contact Information: Include your email and phone number for communication.​
  4. Prepare Your Device: Print the service request form and place it in the box with your device.​ We provided a video on how to prepare your device to ship.
  5. Ship Your Device: Take the packaged device to FedEx using the prepaid label provided.​
